Twas a little bird, so small your eyes struggled, to find its origin, but it voice carried, like thunder on a still night. Its song so sweet, the breezes swayed with it, gentle soothing intoxication, Nature’s harmony of exquisite pleasure, notes beating within a heart, set at ease with its surroundings. Under a tree you lay, shaded in warmth, under a blanket of serenity, your eyes piercing the horizon, of changing rhythmic motions. Orchestra of your heart’s contentment, a little bird serenades you, as your spirit takes flight, as the butterflies float before you, in eyes fading, fading, ... Awakened silence of the night, a new pair of eyes are upon you, searching for your presence, the difference of night to day, hooting its song to a moon, in a crystal clear universe. Crickets echoing in sublime bliss, starlight in diamonds, meteor shower melody, warm breeze cuddling your soul, the grand finale of a fine day.
