 Soldier-like in stance He protects his family Little babies three See our feathers?Less of fluff Learning quickly lots of stuff Our mama watches Our papa, brave protector And then there is she Our adopted mama, see? Just in case the parents flee!  |

Karilea...I've raised quite a few baby birds...may still have that eye dropper handy, but not the hourly feeding stamina I had once. Love this little family of yours!! |

Karilea~ With Wrens and Sparrows in the garage and Mockers in the trees We've a three-ring-circus of little melodies~ Robins on the lawn and Woody's in the woods Cardinals on the windowsill I've been misunderstood~ The neighbors down the street call me the 'Lady of Sweet-Tweets' Always something in feathered hatch added to my joy with each little batch~ Noisy to some ... to me the sheerest pleasure Spring is in this Ridgwood Meadow in songs of gentle treasure~ *Me wub your little birdies !* *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
