YOGA (first class)

Yelling, ear piercing screams
Once you manage to lock your feet behind neck
Groin pull causing excruciating pain
Agonizingly cramping on the drive home

Yep, and can relate to this on a painful level. I don't even try this anymore, my body no longer desires pretzel movements.
