I had a dream that pierced like iron-red roared when the anvil, struck and sunk deep the cloud From high above I could see drops fall and begin to soak the ground above my love that felt like fire consumed me devoured till flesh and bone alone were hers Here i'll stand forever until the rains quench all desire and the flood, the rising flood grows to meet the lonely my one my only fire Rf |
