Rendezvous The tiredness rests in these eyes joining this morning's light, as the drizzle mists the new to rise. I lay prone, the curve of my back pressing, my life horizontal, a time line running through my mind, always reminding me of wastefulness. Not wanting to be the gossip or the pain in someone's neck, I wish to remove the sweat of thoughts, longing for relaxation, the water's kiss that harbors me in hold, rescuing me from the old, leaving me in warmth of faith in the new: A rendezvous with touch, inner feelings to release where only shadows watch as steam fades into me, leaving sensations of you to coat me in another day's keep. This is such a sensual piece....
