Shore

Go to the shore where the sea laps bright
Wait by our rock for the end of night
Look East now, see,the first coils of light!

Whilst the things of day are still to be
Yet dark night has quitely slipped away
Be still now my love, and remember me

Hauntingly sad, yet lovely Michael.
Enjoyed.

That's the sweetest verse I've seen in days.

Getting my vote definitely.

Really enjoyed this and thought of a painting done by John Waterhouse actually that sure would look nice with this.  Enjoyed!

This makes me feel cold Arthur.....
is this what you meant?
Bring the warmth of the dawn
to us all.
please feel it.

This is beautiful....something about the theme reminded me of the poem Sweet Afton.
