My life has changed, I'm no longer mad. I'm now happy, And so glad. I missed my friends, Which are you. I'm not angry, And not blue. I'm glad to see you, It's been so long I can't say I hate you, For I would be wrong. My friends are my family, I think them the same. What good poets, You all have became. Now that I'm back, I think ill stay. I'm not leaving, Starting today. |

A nice and happy poem, but you have sacrificed too much in order to make the rhyming work. I appreciate that you feel this way about us. You have chosen what seems to be a rather constrictive form that makes it difficult to rhyme effectively. Might I suggest something with longer lines for now? Other than my issue with the rhyming, I think this poem is a happy reunion piece. Welcome back, btw!  "If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh" |
