As we layed her down to eternal rest,
she reached out to us.
Gave us a long hug and kiss,
She told us how much she loved us,
She said nothing more.
She looked in our eyes and we could just tell,
That she would always be watching over us.
As we lay her down to rest
She will always venture back to us,
In our hearts in everything we do!

WOW! Thank you! I didn't write this for any reason. I sat down to write this poem and started, 20 minutes later I had a few different poems written but they just weren't right. So I cut them up the lines and rearranged them and tossed out a few and here it is! I love it and it is so helpful to me. I am glad I write, where you I be with out my poetry? In the psychiactic ward maybe? I don't know but I do know that trauma and drama enjoys magnitizing to me! Again, Thank You all for your heart felt sentiments.
