Across the eons, and through the mists of time I have travelled, A nameless, ageless warrior from far beyond the past, And throughout my journey I have forever pondered, Can the race called man forever last? A dissatisified species, addicted to the thrills and chaos of war, Joyous at the sight of dead babies and slaved land, Always more bloodshed, inexplicable, what are they fighting for? To an entity like me, it is a sight, that makes you so saddened I Journey to the future, what lies beyond? Will the image shift? A dawn of creation? No, the image is still the same, one man who plays god Over the human enemy that belong to another nation I am an outsider and my time here is over, Humans are so intelligent that they are fools, They scramble at everything, like a child, after a four leaf clover, Treating their coveted goods as valuable as jewels I cannot interfere, that is not my call, All I can do, is to mutate and evolve With this race, and climb life's wall, Forever hoping, the path of war shall resolve. |

War does not resolve one thing as you so perfectly described here. This gets my vote. Cold hands means a warm heart |

It breaks my heart as well when I see the death and destruction in the world today, but I rejoice in the indominatable spirit of the Adamon race. I have faith that as mankind becomes enlightened, and lives according to the laws of the Universe, the smile will return to our Father's omnicient and loving face. A fascinating read. ~ May God be soon smiling again... Sending you angel hugs, Earth Angel [This message has been edited by Earth Angel (02-23-2003 11:58 AM).] |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Peter, I too am upset with the leaders of our country right now wanting to play God, and I only pray that in everyones heart that they can embrace God as the Lord and no one otherwise, as that is what the back of the coin is engraved with, "In God We Trust" (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, you have my vote I will pray, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Peter, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

In this day in age one would think we'd be more civilized, loving, and responsible but, instead it just seems that we continue to get worse. What an appropriate reflection of how the human race is nothing more than a bunch of selfish destructive lunatics!!! Good choice for the book.....
