Walk across
broken glass
Yesterdays
jaded edges
only last...a lifetime


Look at the sky
see the tears
that you cry
falling down
like rain


Now your steps
stride in rhythm
to the beat
of tomorrow


And the dream
of yesterday
walks with you
Having become
your shadow
