Somewhere in the night
a star burns bright
flickers and flames
with constant change
it captivates with the color
like no other...of my love

Purple for the eyes departed
that stole my heart away
blue for the sky and trouble hearted
that feel this way today

Colour emblazon
her heart embrazen
by a star that flickers
to a different color
seems for another
as if nothing remains
of the color of love
that once sparkled with hue
captivated by love...for me from you

Like a chameleon
memories change
thoughts come stealin
as I rearrange
the pain remains
just the same
and I still bleed red
as I gaze at the star above
a tear falls for a love thats dead
and I wonder
what color my love...is empty?

I LOVE this piece. I always enjoy 'colorful'

--- devoid of feelings life and meaning
--- what dies often birhts a new thing

This is only one moment in time so don't forget to look at the big picture and life is short stop and enjoy the senery every couple of miles :>)
