i tried to follow the wind today, but lost it passing by, the come and go clouds, on pathless paths, watched thru this searching eye, the gulls enroute to nowhereland, fade out beside their flight, erased along the peekaboo sky, apparitions now of white, and as i wonder endlessly, entangled in how and why, the ocean slips away from me, flowing simply in sync with the sky |

I enjoyed reading this, too. It felt dreamy, like. "Love makes the world go around" |

A nice read...reminds me when I live 2 blocks from the ocean....I can smell the sea air and hear sounds of the seagulls. The ice cream calling out and the knish guy walking on the beach....memories.... |

"simply" beautiful....wistful and wonderful. from one who waited 44 years to see the ocean..this took me back there for a moment...thanks for that...think I'll keep this one. Will the wind remember the names it has blown in the past? |
