There were so many times
I just wanted to stop writing poetry
But then I came here
To these pages of blue

At other poetry boards
I felt unaccepted
But when I got here
In came the encouragement

I made friends here
Like Madame Chipmunk
Mistltoe Angel
And WhiteRose
But as time went on
More friendships grew

So I hope beyond all hope
That everybody here at PIP
Will be my friends forever
And ever

Cold hands means a warm heart
