“JUST FOR YOU” by Bill Charles ~~~~ If I were to write a poem about you, would you then read it with a smile, knowing it’s from me with tenderness, full of romance not known for a while… I ask of your heart of what it would do, beat a little faster perhaps, or miss, your eyes, if they would sparkle brightly, or perhaps a soft tear from one kiss… This night I take it upon me to write, my muse whispered for me to continue, words so that you can see me from within, in this love poem I write just for you… ~~~~ |
