i would like to tell you,
that your brief 2 minute entrance,
into this 9-5 complacency,
it the ray of light each day
in this flourescent world
of the daily grind,

that the packages you bring
are the source of wonder and mystery
as we await your friendly smile,

that you're our link to the outside,
broadcaster of daily news and weather reports,
bringing light into this
windowless dungeon of the inane,

that these cliched conversations,
dont tell the vocabulary beneath your bright eyes,
that you too
have aspirations to fly,

i would like to tell you,
that you've become the latest source
of a wacky woman's numerous zany fantasies,
that some days when im alone in this office,
i would like to pull you
by your brown shirt,
across this desk,
show you a good time,
and wipe that shyness off of you,

that i'd like to follow you
out of this mundane place,
have your brown truck
become your private jet,
flying us off to our own island,

i would like to tell you,
all of this and more,
each time you come into my space,
but then reality sends the message,
that you're a working stiff like me,
and cannot be my sugar daddy,
but one that i'd like to have
on the side.

If I knew I would have delivery customers like you I would apply for the UPS job. I wondered how many of the brown shirted guy get lucky like your guy might? Your passion keeps shining through!
