February crystal cover dappled onto one another Limbs entwined in silver white, the trees wore coats So wonderful as set against the sparkling qualifier A day to dawn and move along, these cotton floats As I will wander, dipped a toe ‘tween Autumn and Summer Days unwind in nameless hours, like chilly anecdotes To find again the beginning of a season as I love you Into my ear lilts last remembered tones in soft denotes And here I gather back to what has felt so good together Facing into warmer weather, in places green my smile dotes To recollect a stirring thorough, shamrock placed from palm to palm Giggled clearly when you hear me say I LOVE YOU fond remotes It could be, some wild and free found, meant to see In February warmed auspiciously, the trees wore coats Copyright Kkh 2/7/03 |
