Better smell the roses while they bloom, for it's possible they shall soon be sentenced to death. The skies are falling. Chicken Little is running for cover, this time for real. Captain Kangaroo has already hopped away. And the proverbial Phoenix fears she may not return from this fiery episode. Humanity, or the lack therof? Have we given ourselves a death sentence? Better smell the roses, hug your babies, pet your dogs. Then bow your head and ask for mercy as you cover your end, which may be closer than you think. |

SEA, Eric, thank you for spending a moment here with me. I fear for all humanity, and for the innocents who have no idea what's happening. Who is watching out for the sparrows? |

How sad yet true Kacy... And what if anything can we do to stop it? Frightening feeling indeed. ~Hugs~ ~Time has cast a spell on you, |

Apparentely a comet is heading our way in about 18-20 years. You're all invited to the party I'm going to throw because I for one welcome. I fear this humans are too stupid to ever learn their lesson |

I suppose you expect me to kiss it good bye. There is some benefit to old age. I can't reach it. ![]() If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

Kacy, This kinda stunned me and got me thinking. I guess war isn't on the minds of people in my part of the world... HUGS...(in case i say something wrong that will trivialise this poem) |

ROTFL at your reply, Larry. Wanna take a yoga class with me? For all who fear and can still reach your rear? Just remember to say I love you every day to those closest to your heart, and to find a way to understand and forgive those who pain your heart. Kaile? I am so glad to hear that! It is comforting, and in no way trivializes the poem or the fears. ![]() Peace to all. |
