Destination As with everything else, The beginning won’t begin, And the end won’t end, But we don’t have that choice, We have to play what we’re dealt. The path enclosed, Spiny fingers outreached, But the sun is out, Where it would creep. Continuing on, Silence wavering, Nothing to grasp, Only to head onward. Time, Did you stop? Path, Did you end? Journey, How much longer? Day, Do you come to an end? The time is now, The end is near, Once more we try, To reach beyond our means. Hurrying up, Destination, We see you there, But will you let us, Get that near? |
