Woah I’m stopping here just for a second To take a look around Just about to realise That I’m surrounded In something that’s not gonna come around again Spinning on the spot Whatever I’m falling into I ain’t ever been a place like this before This is my chance I’m seizing everything All that this moment can hold I jump up and kick the air Breathe in the purity of this moment And something euphoric flows through my mind An explosion Something almighty It’s filling me with everything I’ve always wanted to feel Throw away everything in my past Everything I’ve always wanted to leave me It’s gone I’m just left with the happiness I’m not letting this go I’ve gotta hold of it so tight There’s no way it’s escaping And I’m gonna live in this Whirlwind of ecstasy "Some men see things as they are and say why? I dream things that never were and say why not?" |
