Oh my my Mysterious Lady in ice Your sugar and spice And everything nice What may I offer you today? Stained glass smoke and mirrors that dwell on the past? Know it's true I walk in blue Hearts that bend to far Become encumbered with scars As pain...blends with laughter Someday, Lady Snow Where ever you may go Pray, Dashing and deserving Walks with you, Gently caressing your hand And you at that moment will understand Time waited for no one Not even I Lest I try To collect scattered pieces of me Amiss on the lonely nights Fallen...like shattered glass Blue eyed ladies Perhaps and maybes Have been the drugs of choice And the voice That once would croon To harvest moons Fell silent It's lyric Like a dancer Having forgotten the steps Lies bleeding...on the floor No, 'M'lady You deserve So much more Your gentle winds Will one day Fly with one that soars And make your dreams Mix with your passion A love so kind That cross' the fine line Where wisdom meets contentment Enchanted passion Will dance with you both...forevermore |
