Tell us, old one what you see Through the flames so dancing free With silence broken only with wolf howl And the moon casting shadows in silent prowl Speak the words we want to hear From this land of bear and deer All did watch as outstretched hand Pointed to each of the attentive band Then dropped in silence to tend the fire Adding more sticks to the flicking pyre Then he spoke with softness of word As the circle grew closer so he was heard The fire consumes some of the old ways Of which we have held all our days Envy and greed and all the ways wrong Be consumed tonight with firelight’s song Seek peace within to accept what we are To walk with proud head near and far Touch who you find and lift them up high Give comfort to others when you hear silent cry Tho you may have pains, and hurts of your own You will find in your seek, you walk not alone The springtime of youth, the winter of old There are no times not to enfold Take what you wish from the words that I say Look in your hearts to find warriors way A silence did fall with the drop of the fire With last words spoken, we knew he did tire One by one the circle broke To ponder alone of the words he had spoke A spark did flare and he was gone Leaving only the moon and lone wolf’s song |

(sigh) Oh Logan, this is wonderful and filled with wisdom, sweet friend, sometimes the young just won't understand the old until they grow to that day in age, yay, welcome back home, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Logan, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

I've cupped my ear to the wind, and listened to your wolfsong as it danced beyond the circle of flames. Love. Peace. Namaste. |
