If I could place my fingertips
upon your face and trace
a line
of tenderness and trail
my gentle feather touch along
your chin and down your neck
and kiss you lips to lips
to look into your eyes
and gaze
you'd be surprised.
You wouldn't see the longing
nor, the blaze.
Like mirror to mirror
you'd see my adoration
and respect,
my humble knowing
you exist.
Siamese of soul,
there was a joining
way back when
I heard your mind
and
you twinned me,
coupling
even then,
it's just a matter,
of where and when
our beauty to
be blossomed bliss.
Until then,
with open palm
and purse of lips,
I blow to you
a burning kiss.

this is sweet and loving
I once made the promise to myself that before I ever came close to 'falling in love' with someone, I would respect them first.
I love how you presented the humble respect and adoration. Enjoyed.

Always, Alyssa

Pat--You did this so well, with the sensual feel, yet the etherial of a soul love.  Wonderful!

Dear Pat, these are beautiful words you have shared with us today, close and tender, equals in life and in its sharing, you brought a relationship to life and have granted us some tenderness to share in.
Thank you.

Oh, Noah,

How wonderful for you to have found some peace and ability to let go that which just didn't work.  I love this new outlook of yours, and I suspect there are many blown kisses on the wind....thanks for replying,

Hugs, Pat
