When I was young memory fades so long ago my escapades faces unknown a time forgot some remembered and some so not When I was young I lived each day who would have thought just nights would stay falling like rain tomorrow's tears as I struggle with yester years When I was young I held my own ... but all we must, when we're alone |

Good poem... After reading it, and thinking along the same lines, I have to ask myself, why is it that the bad memories are often the clearest in our minds? Maybe the answer is because we are usually the last ones to forgive ourselves. May God help us to forgive ourselves as we also learn to forgive others. ~El Campeador “We are all travelers in the wilderness of this world, and the best that we can find in our travels is an honest friend.” –Robert Louis Stevenson |
