Merriment has come and gone, The partiers have moved on To another place to play Lasting from dusk to next day Here in their litter is calm Tables are cleared and floors swept Prepared for what’s next expect Cooks arrive and start the ovens Bakers deliver fresh buns. Now they gather with a calm. Flowers come to decorate, Quick prepare and don’t be late, As sun falls they start to come Another party begun. Gloom |
