~ By Sue ~ Loneliness surrounds me No matter what I do I feel no contentment My heart is hurting too Even though I know it is best That I went my seperate way It does not erase the pain That I am feeling on this day I had my morals and beliefs That when you do get married It should be forever This guilt is what I have carried Sometimes I tell myself It takes two to make it last But, how do I make it Be a thing of the past There are times when the pain Is more than I can stand I thought it would be forever But instead, it came to an end 1-26-03 |
