They Are Gone The memories I had of you Have mostly vanished from my mind Extinguished are the good and the bad Yester years fading into black Absent are the feelings Remnants from the past Escaping into nothingness Gone is the pain you left me with Obscuring my sense of being No longer shall I wonder why Enabling me to move on |

Yes, a good place to be. Letting go that hounding, gut-wrenching question of ~why~ leaves a clean slat. That it were so easy...but, it is possible... Enjoyed, Pat  ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.. |
