At Times I Find Myself

I waited for the promises
The ones you had made to me
With each and every passing day
Not even one of them did I see

Things went from bad to worse
I felt it was time for me to leave
Now I sit here in this house
My feelings are hard for me to believe

At times I find myself still missing you
Even after all you had put me through

Sue, I agree with Nan, this is natural for you to miss him.
I don't know how many years you were married, but you
probably got used to him being around. I hope things will
get better soon.

You seem like a wonderful person by all accounts. I do not know the inspiration that made ye write the poem, though, the poem itself was wonderfuly written. But, in anycase, I hope whatever is going on, improves for you. -=sends you his best wishes and hopes=-
