It is 19 degrees
The owner of the house
Puts blankets outside
For the stray cats

She can't bear
To see the cats freeze

So that they freeze less
And out of the compassion of her heart
She puts blankets outside
For the cats
Every year around this time

Out of love
For the freezing cats

Cold hands means a warm heart

Cats have an amazing ability to survive...they would do just fine if all humans disappeared off the face of the earth...amazing creatures..

I just reported a neighboor to the humane society.They have a dog chained to the side of their trailor with out a dog house.The people from the society took the dog.I thought what justice it would ne if they chained them out side their trailor for one of these below freezing nights.
