So where lies your love? Drifting with the illusions of the shadows? Young hearts don't blend well with old minds Nor do memories, with present day times They drown in the tears that surround From "All is well in hell" to "So glad you came" Some say I'm not well Some say, I'm just the same Drifting with the illusions...of the shadows A man who loves forever Stands little chance with romance Easier to rope the wind Than to answer your love No, I'll refrain just the same Guess I'll choose to remain Drifting with the illusions...of the shadows © 2002 Dennis Hicks |
