Enwrap me in your jealous zeal.

Make me,

your proud property.
     Carve your caring caresses,
          within my craving feel.

Tag me,

your full possession,
     by your flushed flesh
          upon my soul.

Chase me,

colliding with my spirit,
     make my whole.

Stamp choice,

upon my essence and seal it
     with your kiss.

Take me,

wildly wanton,
     equal to your desired bliss.

Unleash this other half
you've denied all others.
You knew upon view,
I am that part lost of you.

I am here.

Claim me,

buried treasure,
     waiting for your open.

Chain me,

With golden braided love,
     new to be discovered,
         entwined with knowledge,

I am yours, belonged to you,
always and for eternity,
the moment you laid heart
upon my soul.

Bother me,

so I might wrap you in star light
and cast a ray of warm to nurture

~your emptiness~

That, you might know,
yes, this is me,
and, I am all of you.
You've come home,
I am here,
waiting,
to fill you up with
ecstasy of our
~complete~.

Own me, as I own you.

Bless you for making the space between me and the screen steamy.

I like the way this has been laid out for us readers. Thanks.

It's amazing I won. I was running against peace, prosperity, & incumbency.

Thanks to all of you for reading and taking the time to reply. I appreciate your time. Glad you enjoyed.

Michele, No, am not in love with anyone, real or fictional or past or future. Care about and maybe love as a friend, but not 'involved'; and, not in love,  such as in this poem.  Just trying to continue to write and vary themes as much as possible. But I am amused by your comments, here and on other poetry.
One gutsy lady, you. You make me smile in spite of some of the outlandish things you say.... Hugs to all, Pat

not sure it will ever work again.

Ron,

Smiling here; I am not holding my breath.... Thank you for taking the time to read and am glad you enjoyed.
Am still struggling with some part of mind holding back the way I'd like to write, not necessarily love poems, but all poetry....am trying to be patient with myself and just glad I started writing again AND for this opportunity to read other's poetry...glad you found this pleasurable....

~M~

I have had a few very deep emotional involvements, one long-term marriage and one very short one (he was my body guard, so to speak) and one fabulous affair with a man who could not/ would not feel....yet treated me like a queen, I've yet to have this kind of love and it would be a miracle, indeed....and it would be til death do us part...(my first husband almost took that seriously) I attempted to describe that classic: once in a lifetime love...you only see in the 50-60 year marriages....

I am so sorry to know of your loss....32 years is a lifetime....divorce really is like death...I'd bet money I'll never have this as depicted in poem....maybe it is easier for me for I've other losses or 'things' I'll never get to experience (Switzerland, for one) at least a flyover, for I hate the cold but am in love with every pic. I've ever seen of it) Though comparing objects to love of your life isn't quite the same.....I've found acceptance and sometimes ~I AM~ as you depicted.....the answer to peace.
I found a deep faith in God, the hard way....and to just stay in the day....
and smell the flowers and TRUST He knows what is right for me....
I do know how very difficult is it, I live it....

Hugs, Pat

Whoa Pat, this is an unbelievable piece of writing.

I hope one day you will find someone who will love and adore you like this. My only two cents worth of advice ... people do not own each other. They love and cherish but not own.

Marti,

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I understand completely your meaning.
Of course not, each own him/herself and fully fuctional independantly.
They marry because they choose to share life together, two separate individuals, walking side by side, not one leading the other.....

Not sure if I can explain my meaning but it was intended fully sexual in meaning, and the full and complete giving of oneself to another...of equal intensity and completeness...melting into one another ~as one~...as one I own him and he owns me and we are inseparable in that way.....we are one, but each owning  ~it~ the essence of our love....make sense???? We are one, I own him, as I own myself. And, I own all he is, as I own all I am, because we are one...That is what I mean....No one owns another, I tried to explain to my ex-husband 1,000 times, but he never did get it! That is just one of the multiple reasons he is my ex-husband...

I did not mean any negative owning, like one has more power, etc.

I mean: "proud property
        full possession
        collide spirit, make me whole
        other half of self, missing"

Best way to describe my meaning he is the other half of myself, I own him, as I own myself....so not just sexual, but spiritual as well, I guess....

I hope I made this clear.

Thank you so much for reading and replying...I appreciate your comments.
Hugs, Pat

Pat~ This may not be real, but it sure could be mistaken as being the real thing if I hadn't read some of your replies.
Enjoyed...Paul
