Moved from a shack to a barn

The baton would start
Tapping
At the slightest slight

And set into motion
Hells’ own orchestra

Mezzo Forte

Taut strung strings
Plucked
In pizzicato

Struck
In staccato

Pounding temples
In Timpani

Forte

Dynamic curve
In augmented 4ths
(the devil, in music)

Dissonance
Crashing in Crescendo

Tutti Forte

The sound and fury
Of this familiar piece
Affects the Venue

Much like, but unlike
The Shofar of Joshua

Coda

the symphony of wrath..
love the
temple pounding build
and the fall
into
ruin

Ed?
these pieces, I think,
are your finest work yet
you have had others
that gored like a bullet
but these?
sustained brilliance
tight
riffs
of reflected
ice

poet as popcicle
love ya bro

I hate to see the series end and the curtain fall,  but all good things must come to a closing...and it's been a fascinating read.

In your wisdom you have left many good thoughts behind~

Thank you for all that you've said and all that you are.

Now I feel guilty for tryin' to rush your brilliance. Beautiful finale and coda, wranx.

Ed's opus?  I hope the ending of this piece is the prelude to another. You've created a wonderful series here, and I'll be saving each one of them in my new "Ed's Opus #1" file.

Excellent theme writing poet sir..take your bow.

It's over long before her fall from grace, she's never been this far from safe.
Trying to see where it all began, she'll never be the same again.

A brilliant piece wranx, the musical terminology and tempo changes added a swirling feel to this. I favour the russian composers but then i'm a dark bastard
