A face, shadowed by darkness yet ever clear
within the cells of imagined thought. Blue shimmering,
clashing with ivory and raisey brows.

So mysterious...this character that enlightens,
enfolds and mesmerizes...catching my breath
as each thought unfolds over a tranquil sea.
Moonbeams shine in a softness only known
of you..

I whisper, an echo resounds softly among
the forest green. A meadow awaits the
dawn as you enter a world where life,
laughter and lasting memories grow.
I smile as you smile, I laugh with each
of your own...I cry as you cry....yet,
my journey travels the smoothness of
earth as you climb ever higher toward
a peak where confidence and courage
rest in drifts of new snow..

Eyes, doe eyes..that look into the soul
of weary, that sooth and bring peace.
A voice, heard only in a mind’s ear,
comforting... though sometimes small
and scared...

You walk on, each step a giant leap
in a life where choices stand ominous.
Where conviction reigns and resolve
rest on delicate shoulders...Your load,
though heavy...carried with aplomb and
great grace....

I commend you, I applaud you, I appreciate
and admire you...I am proud to have
known...and to call you my friend...

This was absolutely the most beautiful piece I have read in quite a while. I loved your descriptive phrasing, and the total image you presented as a tribute to someone should make them extremely proud to call you their friend. This was indeed a fantasic piece.
