Sometimes we keep hope,
Though we know we will fall.
And sometimes we do right,
Taking heed of The Call.

We follow the Light,
As we’re showered with grace.
Life brings us pain,
And we seek His face.

Fighting a war
That’s already won.
We stand on The Rock,
Take ‘em out as they come.

Sometimes we fall down,
And we can’t see the Light.
We stumble and trip,
But we’re still in His sight.

We get lost in the waves,
And the water is deep.
Or we stand on a cliff
And look down on the steep.

But we’re always held close
In His hands and His love.
And there always is hope,
In the good Lord above,

- And so it was that time stood still -
     (blink, breathe, stand, fight)

GG,

This makes me smile ear to ear.
So upbeat, and uplifting. I adore it.
Quite well written. Enjoyed greatly.
