Raph, I fall into it more than I let everybody know. It will overtake you if you let it. Before I met Gary, I had really bad periods of depression. He tries his best to keep me from getting this way. I try so hard to dwell on the things that make me happy instead of the sad things in my life, like my relationship with my daughter.
