Lost in the light of this new tomorrow. Bought with such pain and sorrow. I can't find my way to the future planned. All my dreams have been damned. Don't no if I can find my way. But I try one more day. To find a path to borrow In this new tomorrow. The light at last has grown dim. I search for someone to befriend. We laugh and we play. Then they go away. Tired of trying to find my way. Don’t want to face another day. These paths lead only to sorrow. So much for this bright tomorrow. Mind made I climb high in the sky to reach the sun. Say my peace and jump off the edge, I‘m done. Floating weightless I see the world before me. Like some sickly sweet dream... Of all I've lost; I miss my innocence the most. |

Heavy use of metaphor...this is not an easy theme, and your mind, and pen, did a good job! |

Agrees with Sunshine on this one, throughly enjoyed. Nature has a funny way of breaking that which will not bend....Jewell |
