silly crow celebrating, "spring has come"--does he know tomorrow is still December? lightning hooks across the sky, then it is winter again [This message has been edited by Ryan (12-17-2002 11:23 PM).] |

Ryan, you've captured Kansas! Now let it go! Laughing...so much said, in so few words. Magnificent! |

Great poem... Great job, and thank you for sharing.. I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait. |

i liked this too (spent a week driving through Kansas one day... ) but - i have to admit, i can't pin down quite why i do like it. perhaps because the poem, like the lightning strike, is quick and strong? |

Sounds like home....but I'm in Texas. Very good stuff here. ~Salty In the Midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you. |

you make an impact with few words. I love this as I have loved a lot of your work. "My ears have not yet drunk a hundred words |

(giggles in delight) Oh Ryan, it is like this in Colorado too during the winter, two years ago we actually had a tornado in December just outside Aurora, and it was big enough to be concerned about, very unusual and rare around here! (smiles) This is delightful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ryan, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
