Sitting on a rock, in the middle of the desert Softly singing, sand everywhere surrounds Yet cannot find the perfect grain that dilutes insane down to maniac crazy Yes, I know you don't understand And No, this mad man without a plan can cry no more...poor you Crimson inferno of candles glow Makes one believe it's easy to deceive after all, you taught your lesson well fast learner soaks the pain like a sponge soaks up the rain Amazed Sunshine...you invented hell Wish you no harm as I'm sure your charm will take you far be a star baby and just maybe one day another will show you as you've shown me and then you'll see Hate...made you so damn proud for cryin out loud Love...ours, mine, yours,.......never had a chance Copyright © 2002 Dennis Hicks All Rights Reserved By Author |

Dennis, The depth of your writing always touches deeply, so wise. Many thoughts and feelings are provoked from this. I'll simply say, my final take with people such as described, whether a romantic love relationship or other, the final stance for me, when I know there is "No Chance" is, yep, stand back, and let go, and let God!
