--- You'd Think ... --- You'd think by now I'd know the deal You'd think I'd know It's never real. You'd think I'd know It never stays You'd think I'd known She'd walk away. You'd think I'd Know The story's end You'd think I'd know We'd just be friends You'd think I'd know That vows are glass. You'd think I'd know How long they last. But on the sofa, Here I lay With hope the morn Might bring that day That day that Lonely knocks no more When Solitude Will leave my door. You'd think by now I'd know the deal You'd think I'd know It's never real. ... There is no normal life Wyatt, just life ... so live! |

Cpat Hair, Thanks. I think once you reach a certain age, you appreciate the simplest things in life as opposed to the grandest. I enjoy a sunrise, a calm summer evening and an I love You from my daughter. But you are right, I guess that IS what kept me going for a time. Magnus, I begin to realize that my name DOES fit me. Perhaps a destiny. Thanks for the read. Enchantress, Awe, thanks so much. I try to take my time and write slow. I know everyone writes some bombs, but I try NOT to hoist em on you nice people.
