Idolization
~*Marge Tindal*~

~Idolization
Misplaced worship
Satan's lair beckoning
Gathering with evil intend
Lost souls too weak-of-mind to comprehend
The danger lurking from within
Lift of prayer Heavenward
Dispelling such
Idolization~

*Dedicating this one to Pastor Keith*
~Thank you for keeping us focused on Him
and not allowing Satan's evil followers to destroy our place of worship~

i.dol.i.za.tion- regarded with blind adoration or devotion - noun

~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost,
the spirit rejoices over what it has left.

Interesting read.

Before my brother passed away, he gave me a copy of Strong's. After he passed, I inherited quite a collection.

I enjoyed very much looking up the word in context of scripture.

Thank you very much for inspiring me to do that. I felt my brother's presence with me as I did, and that is a most precious gift.

He always did say every moment was an opporutnity.

You have my gratitude for reminding me of that.

And smile? My brother's name was Keith too.

What a coincidence.

Dear Marge:  I especially appreciated your poem tonight, after reading about the removal of the ten commandments monument. It seems that the godless are trying their best to obliterate all reminders of God in any way they can.  Your poem is so timely.
