What Can I Give? |

What Can I Give? What can I give to God who gives So many gifts to me? There must be some way in the world To thank Him properly! But since the earth belongs to Him And everything within, The only presents I can give, Must all be free of sin. A loving heart, a faith that grows With every passing day. A belief that carries me along And conquers, come what may. My gratitude eternally, For blessings by the score. These are the things He really wants. They're His forevermore! A life that's lived with Him in mind. Each day I'll keep Him near. The more I dwell on Him I find, The less I have to fear! Is that not the truth? I assigned him as my PLP (Personal leaning post) years ago, and he has held me up ever since I started to trust him and let him in. Loved this Trillium. |

Trillium, Oh, this poem is most certainly Christian greeting card quality at least in my books. In my opinion, perfectly written and so very-very inspiring... So true, what God really wants more than anything else in this whole wide world is for us to give to Him our full Love and Devotion. Again, beautiful poetic writing. -Bob |
