When I close my eyes When I'm fast asleep I see my Lord Jesus His company I keep We walk over the land Also over the sea So many wonderous things He has shown me I walk in his footprints One step at a time I've seen our lands free Of terror and crime Children playing with tigers Wolves lying with lambs Colored people living in harmony All the whites, blacks, and tans All people are healthy All animals now roam free No one is hungry All as He meant it to be When my dreams become reality It'll be more wonderous then it seems So each day finds me praying We'll walk together in my dreams c 2004 LindaRitnour/RainbowQueen (All Rights Reserved) |
