When I close my eyes to pray I see an apple orchard white with spring, a doe at dawn, a bullet strike a beating heart and apple blossoms turned to ice and snow. When I close my eyes to pray I hear a children’s choir, angel wings, heartbeats from the Ghetto, screams from the crematorium, the Enola Gay taking off and fire bombs exploding on the streets of Dresden. When I close my eyes to pray I kneel and feel His crown of thorns upon my head, the Towers shattered glass impale my eyes, a child from Baghdad, Lebanon, Israel or Palestine, searching for my hand. |

When you close your eyes and pray you become a reflection of all that isn't aligned to divine perfection, you hurt and your pain is felt and surely heard. This is an intense write that shows that you care. Love, Margherita "Love is the One who masters all things; |
