He lives!, He lives!
He did not die
For death His spirit would defy
He lives! He lives!
The truth is clear
To heart and soul,
To eye and ear

He touched the tender sores of strife
He gave me breath, He gave me life
He swelled within a falling tear
And soothed a moment etched in fear

He turns the petals in the sun
Displays the stars when day is done
He lives in creatures of the sea
He lives in you
He lives in me

Yes He did die--
And willingly
He died to save
Eternity.

Now He lves
For evermore
He lives, He lives
Him we adore!

In proclaiming His perpetual Life, we need not, and dare not disclaim His death. His death, Burial and Resurrection are the Cheif facts upon which the Gospel and our faith rests (I Corinthians 15:1-3).

I know we are saying the truth in different ways, but I felt that this matter does need clarification. Thank God, He lives--He Lives, and because of Him so do we!

I thank the LORD everyday
He has given me something to say
And to share with others,
My Friends, my sisters, my brothers!

To God Be the Glory!

Thank you for writing this poem.As I read from this site each morning to get inspiritation to stay my day. I get up at 5 am it's the only time I can find to be with my creator. I believe God speaks to me through the words of other. Praise God and Praise you for your work.
