God speaks to us in whispers He is always near With joy we can feel His presence If we only let ourselves hear He's in a child's laughter And in the elderly's eyes Within our pets we love He's showing us all the time He's in the falling summer rain And in a loved one's touch And, yes, even in the pain Oh! How we can love Him so much In all of nature's wonders He speaks to us so freely In the songs of praise we sing To Him, oh, so dearly All we have to do is listen And share in the wonder and awe Just how much our God does love us Each and every one of us all |

God is Love and, as you've expressed, we do see Him in so many many different ways and in so many many different personifications and, yes, I do see Him clearly in the words of your poem as well. Good job, -Bob |
