Yes, there are rainbows, but sometimes it seems like a long time before they appear. Once they do, they're just awesome.

Very true. We may not "see" the rainbow, but sometimes "feel" the rainbow. But God's promises are yea and amen for all who follow Him. Short, sweet, to the point and a reminder we all need.
