Spending today in prayer
was my plan.
Instead, I was angry.
In error, I sinned
I hurt myself
by smoking.
Then, realization hit
I need to let go
Let my savior
take over.
They use and abuse
and I sit here
In isolation
Wishing and praying
for another answer
to heal my pain.
Yet, I know the answers
but I'm too afraid
to let go....

It is never easy letting go of old habits. And it is never easy letting go of anything into God's hands because of the uncertainty. I think we all can relate to your situation in some fashion.

Thanks Sheri< I feel better reading what you said. I am gonna put this one in Gods hands because I can't cope with it alone.
