The early morning moonbow,
Disappeared with the light of day,
Replaced by a sweet smelling sunrise,
A moment made simply to pray.
Dew kissed daisies standing tall,
While lilies seemed bowing their heads,
Faces of pansies looking serene,
As they just awoke from their beds.
Off to the side, near the roses,
I saw You in Your robe of soft white,
The bud You held slowly unfurled,
Bathed in the glow of Your light.
The ducks still asleep at the edge of the pond,
Little heads tucked under their wings,
Began their day with a radiant dance,
As they heard Your sweet angels sing.
You met me at the violets,
Still wearing their veil of dew,
Took my hand and as we knelt,
I was blessed by the grace of You.

WOW!!! I loved this poem! It is so visual. I could see it as I read it!!! And you know, my mother would love it just because of how it relates to gardens and the beauty of flowers. What a beautiful expression of God's love to take you to such a beautiful place and then take your hand in love and tenderness. Just beautiful!!!!!
