MY DESTINY

I've waited for you,
For what seems like forever.
I ignored my emotions,
As my conscience I sever.
It's tearing me apart,
Not knowing what to do.
I'm just following my heart,
In my search for you.
I don't know where to go,
Or if I'm right or wrong.
But I know where I'm at now,
Is not where I belong.
So I keep searching for you,
Through endless space.
Hoping against hope,
That I'll soon see your face.
But I can't hold my emotions,
And I softly start to cry.
I can't seem to find you,
And I just don't know why.
Maybey your not there,
And were not meant to be.
Maybey I was wrong,
Wanting you as my Destiny.
But you were my fire,
My only reason to thrive.
The thought of you,
Is what kept me alive.
But now my fantasy,
Has helplessly been shatterd.
And the pieces of my heart,
Across time have been scattered!

And As I'm sitting here,
Looking back through time.
I know what I did wrong,
I can clearly see my crime.
In my endless search,
To try to find you.
I never even realized,
you're searching for me too.
So if were meant to be,
And you are my destiny,
I'll wait here paitiently,
For you to find me...
