sweet puppy romance soft whines of child laughter in sweethearts first kiss  (sigh) Oh Linda, I still wait for my first kiss (even first hold of my sweethearts hand) so very much, sweet friend, this brought a tear to my eye because it is so gorgeous, yay, we all love you so much! Noah ~ I like your senryu much better than mine! Why don't you post it? Besides, wouldn't it be fun to surprise those who click on a Mistletoe Angel poem and saw your little charmer instead of one of your usual epic masterpieces? tehe Noah, you surprised me when you wrote that you have not had a first kiss--is that ever? If you have never experienced a "first kiss", it will be very special when it does happen. It will be so sweet and special and will have been worth the wait. (sigh) Oh Linda, thank you so much for the beautiful encouraging comment, your words are always like a huge angelic hug to me! (big hugggssssss) It is so very true that I haven't had one kiss, period yet. And the one I want to share my first kiss with more than anyone is my sweet Joanna; she is my Guinevere and I love her with all my heart! For one whole year I have dreamed of it as my love for her grows every day and she to me is like Persipherone, like Terpsichore, like my Lady of Shalott. She loves to call me her "blue-eyed love dove". We would have already met too if she wasn't so busy with her work; her parents are kind of strict on her and want her to get all the money to support her life so she has to work many hours to do so, but we still send love letters and haven't let go of each other from miles apart! Noah ~ I appreciate your last reply. It helped me understand your relationship with Joanna. I have read so many of your wonderful poems of love to her, but I had so many questions. You are a walking vessel of love and beauty, and all good things come to those who wait. Your time will come, whether it is with Joanna or some other fortunate young lady. Ahhhhh .... young love, it's so pure and romantic. But, young love doesn't always run smooth. My youngest and his girlfriend just split and he is heartbroken. And Mom just listens and gives hugs... Now, Linda how in the world did this hopeless romantic miss this one?!? I sure am glad that SG bumped it back to the top. As with all your work, I loved this one as well as all your replies...the ones others made and the ones you made back. You are such a sweet friend. I always look forward to your poetry and your replies to me, as well. You have such a kind heart and are such an encouragement to others. By the way.....guess who I thought of when I read your poem?
