You turn to look for, But I have gone out the door, Listening to screams That have shattered all my dreams While tears streak my cheek, I face you not because I’m weak, But because I’m strong, And know I must move along, Away from what’s you Away from all that you do, Back to where I came, Before I become insane Staying listening to screams. Not a very pleasant situation, to say the least! I don't scream at others and I certainly couldn't handle others screaming at me. It's so sad when civil communication breaks down and the beast within rants and rages thereby furthering the alienation of one from the other. This was almost painful for me to read.---That is effective writing! EA |
